BBull Trade Affiliate Marketing Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
This program is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. All affiliates must have a Deel account (or other agreed upon payment method) in order to receive payouts.
2. Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn commission on confirmed referrals according to the following tiered structure:
◦ 7.5% commission for the first 25 confirmed referrals.
◦ 10% commission for the next 50 confirmed referrals.
◦ 15% commission for all subsequent confirmed referrals.
3. Payment Terms:
Commission payouts will be issued 30 days after the transaction is confirmed. Payments will be made through Deel (or other agreed upon payment method). Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their earnings.
4. Termination:
BBull Trade reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Termination will result in the immediate closure of the affiliate's account and the forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
5. Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree to keep all information concerning BBull Trade, its services, clients, and operations confidential. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this agreement.
6.Non-Compete:
Affiliates agree not to compete with BBull Trade directly or indirectly during the term of this agreement and for a period of one year following termination of this agreement.
7. Indemnity:
Affiliates agree to indemnify BBull Trade against any claims, damages, or legal expenses that may arise from their actions or breach of this agreement.
8. Modification:
BBull Trade reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates in advance and will come into effect on the date specified in the notice.
9. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BBull Trade is based.
